I grew up in western Ohio, and began my interest in photography at a young age. Spending my free time making shorts on vhs with friends, I developed a hobby that slowly turned into a career. When high school rolled around, I discovered 35mm film and found myself locked in the school's dark room for the majority of my senior year. In 2010, I graduated from BGSU with a BFA in Film Production and I've been operating camera professionally ever since.
I got my start in television as a PA for a traveling reality show on the SyFy Network. After wrapping production, I moved to Los Angeles and worked as a staff camera tech in Santa Monica. I worked on a variety of productions in LA, but marriage eventually brought me to Columbus, OH where I worked as a video journalist at NBC before finally transitioning to full time freelance camera department, and starting my company Franklin House Media.
Clients I've worked with include: Disney, Honda, Tesla, Travel Channel, HGTV, WWE, Verizon, Indy Car, 30 Seconds to Mars, Demi Lovatto, Pierce Brosnan, The Grammy Museum, NBC, CNN and more.
